DELIVERY INFORMATION

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our products are delivered to you straight from the supplier. Our supplier will contact you direct to arrange a convenient delivery date. If you need this item urgently, please the supplier for more information on estimated delivery date or to see if they have a suitable alternative.

HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?
The cost of your delivery depends on the type of product you order and the value of your order.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Our partners deliver Worldwide, depending on the type of products you've ordered.

UK Deliveries

We offer three UK Delivery options:

UK Standard Delivery is £5.95 OR free for orders over £300 - Deliveries will be made within (4 - 5 Working Days).

UK Next Working Day Delivery is £7.95 for orders placed before 1.00pm, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Excludes certain postcodes (Please see table below).

International Deliveries - All international orders receive free delivery via DHL.

Express delivery to a European Countryup to 2 working days
Standard delivery to a European Countryup to 5 working days
Delivery to the Rest Of The Worldup to 7 working days

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your A-Fashion-Day purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, PayPal, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment.

Parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, our delivery partner will leave a card notifying you that delivery has been attempted. All further information on re-delivery can be found on this card. Any issues regarding delivery please contact: customerservice@afashionday.com.

For UK deliveries, a re-delivery is charged at £5.95. For international deliveries, we will contact you once this has been calculated.
